“If you find a job you love, you’ll never work again…”
-Winston Churchill

Hello, I’m Emily and I haven’t worked for twenty years! I started out in the restaurant business at a young age and became very successful because of my, “can do” attitude. I thrived on learning all the ins and outs of bartending. I was recognized by companies and patrons alike for my positive attitude. I was head trainer and a bar manager, however, my passion was always with bartending. I started working at the stadiums in 2011 and within three months, I accepted a position as the Sixers Courtside bartender. That role has lead me to some exciting VIP events such as Jay-Z’s VIP section at Made in America, Justin Timberlake’s Stage bar, and Blake Shelton’s backstage event to name a few. I’m proud to say bartending is my real job but, it’s not a job to me because I love what I do.

Eric "Elvis" started his bartending career at TGI Friday's in Cherry Hill, NJ in 2001.  Where he learned the ropes and all the skills behind the stick.  He was the NJ state qualifier for the "Shake Rattle and Pour" Flair bartending contest and narrowly lost his shot at a trip to Vegas to win it all.  In 2004, Elvis met Mike Groizer and took his talents to the House of Blues in Atlantic City (cue the Springsteen)  where he stayed until 2008.  Back to Philly we go where Elvis took on the task of re-opening a Philadelphia iconic bar JC Dobbs and then opened a craft beer bar on East Passyunk Ave named Sticks and Stones.  Never leaving his roots with the House of Blues, Elvis went to work again with Mike Grozier and worked at the Tower Theater, TLA, and opened the Fillmore in Philadelphia.  Cicerone certified "beer" tender.  It's the love of the game that gets it done.  Elvis got his shot as a spot fill-in with J Mac 2018 and has never looked back.

My name is Sabrina and I've been working as a bartender since 1995. It all started one day when I decided to attend bartending school with a couple of my friends just for fun. Little did I know, I would end up having a passion for being a mixologist. Starting off at a corner bar, I quickly learned that I wanted to know more. I moved toward corporate restaurants where I learned the ins and outs of managing a bar. I also learned to manage both the front and back of several restaurants. My experience led me to open up several restaurants, One being The Alamo Grill in Atlanta, Georgia from scratch. I stayed there for a couple of months training the bar staff, setting up Micros systems, and building the drink menu. My continued experience found me bartending in casinos, banquets, and golf courses after that.
My passion grew to bigger and better places once I moved to Florida. I was so excited to get my foot into a luxury five-diamond resort called The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida.  My job gave me the opportunity to work at many of the upscale restaurants, VIP lounges, private parties, and Broadway shows. I was also a supervisor for the catering department of the Kravis Center for The Breakers where I worked Galas and extravagant weddings.

I moved back to the Philadelphia area to live closer to family and started working for JMac. I have been with this company that continues to grow since 2011. Under JMac I have worked at venues such as The BB&T Pavilion, Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, The NFL Draft, and Convention Centers.
